Government Announces Revised Petroleum Prices Amidst Market Fluctuations


Islamabad: The government announced a revision in petroleum product prices today, implementing modest increases for both High Speed Diesel and petrol. The adjustments come as part of a regular review process in response to market dynamics.



According to Radio Pakistan, the Petroleum Division’s press release detailed that the price of High Speed Diesel has been increased by 0.51 rupees per litre, setting the new price at 370.92 rupees per litre. In tandem with this, the price of petrol saw an increment of 1.08 rupees per litre, bringing it to 343.87 rupees per litre. These changes are effective immediately and reflect ongoing adjustments to align with global oil price trends.
