Federal Constitutional Court of Pakistan Holds Full Court Meeting to Boost Efficiency


Islamabad: A Full Court Meeting of the Federal Constitutional Court of Pakistan (FCCP) was convened under the leadership of the Chief Justice, Mr. Justice Amin-ud-Din Khan. The meeting saw participation from all Judges of the Court and the Registrar, Mr. Mohamed Hafeezullah Khan.



According to Press Information Department, the discussions centered on administrative and judicial matters with an aim to bolster institutional performance and operational efficiency. Key strategic decisions were made, expected to have a long-term impact on the Court’s functioning.



The Chief Justice highlighted the necessity for timely justice, urging all benches to adopt effective case management to reduce the case backlog. The Court reiterated its commitment to ensuring prompt adjudication to maintain public trust in the judicial system.



The meeting also evaluated capacity-building initiatives for ministerial staff, focusing on improving administrative competence. Training modules in IT proficiency, workplace discipline, and office ethics were recognized as vital for a modern institutional framework. The Chief Justice emphasized the importance of professional development for maintaining administrative excellence.
