Tehran: The Embassy of Pakistan in Tehran hosted a Seerat Conference and Naatia Mushaira at Pakistan House, focusing on the life and teachings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) to promote character development, compassion, and social harmony among the youth. The event drew Islamic scholars, academics, poets, and various distinguished guests.

According to Press Information Department, H.E. Mr. Imran Ahmed Siddiqui, Ambassador of Pakistan to Iran, welcomed the participants and highlighted the universal relevance of the Seerat of the Holy Prophet (PBUH). He stressed the Prophet’s success in creating a cohesive community in Madinah through values like kindness, justice, and mutual respect. Ambassador Siddiqui emphasized the need to impart these values to the youth for building peaceful societies.

Notable speakers at the event included Dr. Gholam-Ali Haddad-Adel, Dr. Ali Akbar Salehi, Brigadier General Mohammad Akraminia, and Maulana Nusrat Bokhari. They discussed the Seerat’s relevance to contemporary challenges. The event also featured Naat recitations and poetry in Urdu and Persian, honoring the Holy Prophet (PBUH).

A calligraphy exhibition by renowned Pakistani artists, inaugurated by the speakers and Ambassador Siddiqui, added cultural depth to the evening. The exhibition was well-received and celebrated the shared spiritual and cultural traditions between Pakistan and Iran.
