ISLAMABAD: DIG Security Rana Umar Farooq has called for the prompt completion of police welfare and development projects in Islamabad, emphasizing the importance of these initiatives for the welfare of officers and the effectiveness of the police force.

According to Islamabad Capital Police, DIG Security Rana Umar Farooq recently reviewed ongoing development projects and police welfare initiatives aimed at enhancing facilities for officers and officials in the capital. During his visit, he received detailed briefings from concerned officers regarding the progress of these projects, including construction works and welfare facilities.

DIG Security Farooq highlighted the continuous efforts of Islamabad Police officers and officials in maintaining law and order, noting the importance of providing improved residential facilities and basic amenities.
