Development of Newly Merged Districts as Government’s Top Priority, Says Minister


Islamabad: Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal emphasized that the development of the newly merged districts and addressing their backwardness are the government’s top priorities.



According to Radio Pakistan, Minister Iqbal made these remarks while interacting with students from the newly merged districts in Islamabad. He announced that the government is set to launch a skills training program for the youth and a significant solarization project aimed at generating electricity in these areas. The minister highlighted the government’s efforts to alleviate poverty through the promotion of education across the country.
