Loralai, Commissioner Loralai, Dwayan Balach Aziz, conducted a comprehensive inspection of the District Jail Loralai to assess the conditions and facilities available to the inmates, accompanied by local officials and health professionals.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, during his visit, Commissioner Aziz met individually with prisoners to understand their cases and specific needs. His inspection covered essential jail facilities such as barracks, the kitchen, the mosque, and the water supply system. Highlighting the authorities’ responsibility, he emphasized the provision of adequate healthcare, food, shelter, and safety for all inmates.

The visit also included the inauguration of a medical camp, organized with support from PPHI, to provide necessary health services to prisoners, recognizing their right to medical care despite their inability to secure it independently. Additionally, Commissioner Aziz contributed Rs. 20,000 to improve the jail’s amenities, particularly for summertime needs. He also reviewed the operations at an intermediate examination center, ensuring the adequacy of facilities for inmates pursuing education.
