Iraq, In a significant step towards strengthening diplomatic relations, a high-profile delegation of Pakistani Senators, led by Chairman Senate Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani, arrived in Baghdad, Iraq, to enhance bilateral ties. The visit is focused on reinforcing diplomatic and cultural relations between Pakistan and Iraq.
According to Senate of Pakistan, The delegation, including senior members of the Pakistani Senate, was warmly received by Mohammed Hussein Mohammed Bahr-aluloom, the Undersecretary of the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, along with top officials of the Iraqi Parliament. During the visit, Chairman Senate Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani is scheduled to hold meetings with the senior Iraqi leadership and parliamentary heads, including the acting Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament. These discussions aim to strengthen diplomatic ties, foster collaboration on regional issues, and explore avenues for mutual cooperation between Pakistan and Iraq.
