Islamabad: The Chairman of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Lieutenant General (Retired) Nazir Ahmed, met with the Minister for Finance and Revenue, Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb, at the Ministry of Finance in Islamabad to discuss the bureau’s initiatives and contributions to the national exchequer.
According to Press Information Department, Chairman NAB briefed the Finance Minister on the bureau’s major initiatives aimed at enhancing accountability measures within the government. He highlighted the contributions made to the national treasury through recoveries achieved via thorough investigations conducted by NAB.
The Finance Minister expressed his appreciation for the efforts of the NAB and assured the ministry’s full support in achieving the country’s national goals.
