Karachi: Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar ul Haq Kakar has reiterated the government’s unwavering commitment to ensuring fair and transparent elections in Pakistan. In an exclusive interview with Voice of America, Kakar emphasized the importance of maintaining law and order, stating that any individual involved in rioting or arson must face judicial consequences.

According to Radio Pakistan, The Prime Minister addressed the sensitive issue of the repatriation of illegal Afghan nationals. He expressed the government’s desire for a regulated interaction with Afghanistan, highlighting that establishing a controlled movement between the two states is a prime objective.

Additionally, in response to a query regarding international matters, Prime Minister Kakar firmly rejected the notion of Pakistan selling arms to Ukraine. This stance aligns with Pakistan’s broader foreign policy and its position on international conflicts.
