Islamabad, August 11, 2022 (PPI-OT):The Building Control Department of the Capital Development Authority received a revenue of more than 40 million rupees in July 2022. According to the details, the Building Control Department of the Capital Development Authority issued completion certificates to 20 residential buildings in Islamabad in the month of July after their completion and inspection, for which a revenue of about 2 million rupees was collected.
Similarly, after completion and inspection of 1 residential building, a revenue of more than Rs.1 lakh was received by way of completion certificate. Whereas, in the month of July, the Building Control Department received about one and a half lakh rupees for approving the maps of 10 residential buildings.
Further, the Building Control Department of the Capital Development Authority received a revenue of around Rs 35 million for issuing NOCs to 38 commercial buildings in the month of July. Similarly, NOCs were issued to 55 residential buildings worth around Rs 2 million.
While 2 building owners were fined Rs 15 lakh for violation of building by-laws. Thus, in total, the Building Control Department of the Capital Development Authority received Rs 40.293 million in July 2022.
