Balochistan Launches Youth Policy to Foster Education and Employment, Says Minister Bakht Kakar

Quetta: Provincial Minister for Livestock and Dairy Development, Bakht Muhammad Kakar, emphasized the vital role of youth in the development and future prosperity of Balochistan in a message marking International Youth Day.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, Minister Kakar highlighted the introduction of a new youth policy under the vision of Chief Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti. This policy, the first of its kind in the province’s history, is designed to enhance the skills, education, and employment opportunities for the young population, which constitutes a large segment of Balochistan’s demography. He stressed that with appropriate training, education, and guidance, the youth can significantly contribute to the prosperity of the province and the country.

The minister also introduced the NIAS initiative, marking it as a crucial step towards securing a prosperous future for the region. He encouraged the youth to channel their energy, positive thinking, and abilities in the right direction to develop effective leadership skills that will drive social development and economic growth in Balochistan.
