Narowal: The Minister for Planning and Development, Ahsan Iqbal, announced the launch of the ‘Uraan Pakistan’ program, which he claims will guide the nation towards development and prosperity. The program is part of a larger initiative to stabilize the economy, and it was unveiled at a function in Narowal.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Ahsan Iqbal highlighted that Pakistan is progressing economically under the leadership of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. He emphasized that the country is ready to embark on a new development path with a five-year economic initiative designed to meet specific goals.
Iqbal noted that with stable and consistent policies, Pakistan could become one of the fastest-developing economies globally. He identified politics of hatred and violence as significant hindrances to national progress and emphasized the need for political stability and policy continuity over protests and sit-ins.
He criticized the ‘Naya Pakistan’ slogan, stating that it misled the public and that the previous administration under the PTI founder contributed to economic instability and derailment.
