Srinagar, The Srinagar-Jammu highway, the only surface link of the Kashmir Valley with the rest of the world, was closed for traffic on Monday after shooting stones.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Traffic Police in a post on X (formerly Twitter), said that the traffic from both sides has been halted on NH-44 at T2 Ramban due to shooting stones
It further said that people were advised to ask Traffic Control Units (TCUs) before proceeding on Srinagar-Jammu highway.
