Karachi, Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesori inaugurated a direct flight service between Karachi and Mashhad, Iran, marking a significant step towards strengthening Pakistan-Iran relations. This new route is expected to facilitate closer ties between the people of both countries.
According to Sindh Governor House, Governor Tesori was welcomed at the Quaid-e-Azam International Airport by the Consul General of Iran, Hasan Nooryan, and senior officials of Taban Air. Taban Air has commenced direct flights from Karachi to Mashhad and vice versa.
Governor Sindh expressed that the launch of Taban Airlines’ operations in Pakistan is a welcome development that will enhance the bilateral relations between Pakistan and Iran. He emphasized that the new flight service by Taban Air will provide an opportunity for the people of both countries to foster closer connections. Accompanied by the Consul General of Iran in Sindh, Hasan Nooryan, Governor Tesori embarked on the inaugural flight to Mashhad.
The introduction of this direct flight service is seen as a positive move towards increasing cultural and economic exchanges between Pakistan and Iran, promoting mutual understanding and collaboration.
