Lahore: Secretary Housing Punjab Noor-ul-Amin Mengal met with young PMS-14 officers Ahmed Hamza and Usman Zahid, presenting them with honorary shields to acknowledge their contributions to the Housing Department under a training program. According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Punjab, the Secretary praised the officers’ performance, highlighting the importance of direct public interaction as an essential training component.
Secretary Mengal advised the officers to uphold dignity, prioritize merit, and focus on public service. During their training, the officers gained practical experience in the Apni Chhat Apna Ghar Programme, WASA, and various development projects. The officers described their training as a valuable career asset.
