Islamabad, July 29, 2021 (PPI-OT): Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhry Fawad Hussain says socio-economic development of Baluchistan is one of the top priorities of the government. Talking to Governor Baluchistan Syed Zahoor Ahmed Agha in Islamabad on Thursday, he said the PTI government provided the biggest ever development package to Baluchistan. He regretted that no one in the past paid attention to development of Baluchistan. The Minister said the development package announced by Prime Minister Imran Khan will help address the deprivations lingering on in the region for the past seventy years.

He said Baluchistan will benefit the most from the CPEC, and the development projects being carried out in Baluchistan will really prove gamer changer for the province. Speaking on the occasion, the Governor Baluchistan said the federal government’s efforts to remove deprivations of Baluchistan are commendable. He said he would continue to play his role for better coordination between the federal government and the provincial government, and this will benefit the people of Baluchistan.
