ISLAMABAD: Senior officers of the Islamabad Police conducted visits to several duty points throughout the city, reviewing security measures and engaging with police personnel, as part of a directive from Inspector General of Police Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi. These visits were aimed at boosting morale and reinforcing the commitment to maintaining law and order in the federal capital.
According to Islamabad Capital Police, the officers issued instructions during their interactions, emphasizing the importance of professionalism, discipline, and courtesy when dealing with citizens. Officers were reminded to be prepared to respond effectively to emergencies, in line with legal protocols, and to prevent any disruption of peace and order.
The officers assured that all resources will be deployed to protect citizens and their properties, as well as public and private assets. They conducted detailed briefings and inspected duty points to ensure effective performance by the deployed personnel. The officers reiterated that any negligence in safeguarding lives and properties will be strictly dealt with, and urged citizens to utilize the police helpline Pucar-15 in emergencies.
