Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif extended his congratulations to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the government, and the citizens of Türkiye on the occasion of the 103rd anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Türkiye.
According to Radio Pakistan, Prime Minister Sharif conveyed his sentiments through a post on X, highlighting Türkiye’s historical significance, rich heritage, and the remarkable journey it has undertaken as a republic. He acknowledged the resilience, courage, and spirit of the Turkish people that have been pivotal in shaping the nation’s path.
The Prime Minister emphasized the strong bond of brotherhood between Pakistan and Türkiye, which is underpinned by a shared history, mutual trust, and solidarity. He expressed optimism about the continued collaboration between the two nations in efforts to promote peace and stability within the region and beyond.
