ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has expressed Pakistan’s appreciation for Saudi Arabia’s support and its role in fostering peace in the region. The remarks came during a meeting with Saudi Ambassador Nawaf bin Said Al-Malki, who concluded his tenure in Pakistan with a farewell call on the Prime Minister.
According to Radio Pakistan, the Prime Minister congratulated Ambassador Al-Malki on the successful completion of his assignment, acknowledging his efforts in enhancing the strategic and fraternal relations between the two nations. The meeting underscored the continued importance of Saudi Arabia as a partner in regional stability and bilateral cooperation.
Ambassador Al-Malki conveyed his gratitude to the Pakistani government for its hospitality and cooperation. He described his tenure in Pakistan as rewarding and expressed his commitment to furthering the relationship between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
