Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari is set to travel to Turkmenistan to participate in the International Forum on “Interrelation of Times and Civilizations – Basis of Peace and Development,” scheduled for 10-11 October in Ashgabat. This event coincides with the 300th birth anniversary celebrations of Magtymguly Faragi, the esteemed Turkmen thinker and poet.

According to Press Information Department, at the forum, President Zardari plans to emphasize the enduring values of peace, unity, and development as pivotal for regional stability. In addition to his participation in the forum, the President is also slated to engage in bilateral talks with Turkmen leaders, aiming to strengthen diplomatic and developmental ties between the two nations.
