Islamabad: Germany’s Ambassador to Pakistan, Ina Lepel, has called for enhanced economic and trade relations between Pakistan and Germany. She made these remarks during an interactive session at the National Press Club, Islamabad, as part of the club’s international outreach initiative, “Meet the Press”.

According to Radio Pakistan, Ambassador Lepel highlighted the importance of building upon the existing diplomatic relationship by focusing on economic collaboration. She expressed appreciation for Pakistan’s diplomatic initiatives and efforts directed at promoting peace and dialogue in the region. The ambassador’s comments underscore Germany’s interest in fostering a robust partnership with Pakistan, particularly in the realms of trade and economic cooperation.
