PIPFA Celebrates 16th Graduation Ceremony in Islamabad


Islamabad: The Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants (PIPFA) hosted its 16th Graduation Ceremony in Islamabad, distributing certificates and shields to newly graduated students. Mr. Kashif Ahmad Noor, Military Accountant General and recipient of the Sitara-i-Imtiaz, served as the Chief Guest.



According to Press Information Department, the event was attended by notable figures including Mr. Kamran Rashid Khan, Deputy Controller General of Accounts; Dr. Tafakhar Ali Asadi, Deputy Auditor General of Pakistan; Mr. JehanZeb Amin, Vice President ICAP and Board Member PIPFA; and Mr. Usman Ahsan, President PIPFA. Members of the Islamabad Branch Committee, faculty members, graduates, and their families were also present.



The ceremony began with the recitation of the Holy Quran and Naat-e-Rasool-e-Maqbool (SAW), followed by welcome remarks from Mr. Zahid Farooq, Convener of the Islamabad Branch Committee. Mr. Usman Ahsan congratulated the graduates and emphasized the importance of integrity, competence, and responsibility in professional education. He encouraged continuous learning and maintaining high ethical standards.



Mr. JehanZeb Amin highlighted that graduation signifies the start of a new professional phase, urging graduates to focus on hard work, professional development, and integrity. Chief Guest Mr. Kashif Ahmad Noor underscored the role of accounting, finance, and auditing in fostering transparency and accountability, encouraging graduates to contribute to the nation with their skills.



The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Iftikhar Ahmad, Senior Faculty Member PIPFA, followed by the distribution of certificates and shields. The ceremony ended with a luncheon, facilitating networking and relationship-building among participants.
