Islamabad: A Mehfil-e-Naat was organized at the Board of Investment (BOI) under the patronage of Federal Minister for Board of Investment Qaiser Ahmed Sheikh to mark the occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (SAW).
According to Press Information Department, the event was attended by officers and employees of the Board of Investment, alongside invited guests who participated with devotion. The program featured the recitation of the Holy Quran, Naat Khwani, and a special prayer. Renowned Qaris and Naat Khawans, including Professor Qari Muhammad Mushtaq Anwar, Qari Muhammad Zeeshan Haider, Syed Zeeshan Ali Bukhari, and Syed Muhammad Ali Shan presented Naats in praise of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW).
The gathering was also graced by the presence of Malik Shakir Bashir Awan, a Member of the National Assembly from Khushab, as a special guest. Federal Minister Qaiser Ahmed Sheikh addressed the attendees, emphasizing the importance of following the Seerat-e-Tayyaba (SAW) as a guiding principle in life to foster love, unity, and harmony. He highlighted the teachings of the Holy Prophet (SAW) as a source of timeless guidance and a comprehensive message of peace.
In recognition of their participation, the Federal Minister presented honorary shields to the distinguished Qaris and Naat Khawans. The Mehfil concluded with a special prayer for the progress, prosperity, and peace of Pakistan and the Muslim Ummah.
