Pakistan Sends Emergency Relief to Nepal Following Natural Disasters


ISLAMABAD: Pakistan is dispatching emergency relief assistance to Nepal to aid in the country’s efforts to manage the aftermath of recent flash floods and landslides, Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif announced.



According to Radio Pakistan, Prime Minister Sharif expressed his condolences during a phone conversation with his Nepali counterpart, Balendra Shah. The discussion centered on the tragic loss of lives and extensive damage in Nepal. The Pakistani leader conveyed his country’s solidarity and offered any assistance needed during this challenging period.



Shah thanked Prime Minister Sharif for his call and for Pakistan’s support and generous offer of assistance following the natural calamity.
