Pakistan Denounces Israeli Military Actions in Gaza’s Rafah City

Islamabad, The Government of Pakistan has issued a strong condemnation of Israel’s military actions against Rafah City in Gaza, highlighting the severe consequences on the Palestinian population. This stance reflects Pakistan’s ongoing concern over the escalating conflict in Gaza and its impacts on regional peace and humanitarian conditions.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Foreign Office Spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch criticized the offensive for violating provisional measures set by the International Court of Justice aimed at preventing genocide against the people of Gaza. Baloch emphasized that such actions not only exacerbate the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, which has been intensifying over the past four months, but also threaten the progress toward achieving a ceasefire.

The spokesperson called upon the international community, particularly the UN Security Council, to intervene urgently to halt the Israeli aggression and address the crimes against humanity occurring in Gaza. Pakistan’s appeal underscores its commitment to advocating for peace and justice in the region, stressing the importance of immediate and concerted international action to protect Palestinian lives and rights.
