Islamabad: Pakistan and Belgium have reached an agreement to explore collaborative opportunities in port development and the blue economy, following a bilateral meeting between Minister for Maritime Affairs Muhammad Junaid Anwar Chaudhry and Belgian Ambassador Charles-Idesbald Van Der Gracht De Rommerswael.
According to Radio Pakistan, the discussions centered on enhancing institutional connections between the maritime sectors of both nations. Key areas of focus included maritime education, professional training, port infrastructure, and the exchange of knowledge. The meeting underscored the commitment of both countries to strengthen their maritime ties and leverage mutual expertise for economic growth.
