Mushaal Hussein Mullick Criticizes Indian Supreme Court Decision, Alleges Hatred Towards Kashmiris

Srinagar, Mushaal Hussein Mullick, the Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM) on Human Rights and Women Empowerment, has recently voiced strong criticism of the Indian Supreme Court’s decision, asserting it demonstrates India’s animosity towards Kashmiri people. This statement marks a significant escalation in the rhetoric surrounding the longstanding conflict over Kashmir.

According to Kashmir Media Service, Mushaal Mullick, in a video message, condemned the Indian Supreme Court’s ruling, suggesting that it failed to deliver justice to the Kashmiri people. She argued that the decision contradicted the principles of the Geneva Convention and United Nations resolutions. Mullick’s comments reflect the deep-seated tensions and grievances held by many in the region regarding India’s policies and actions in Kashmir.

In her message, Mullick also drew parallels between Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, accusing them of engaging in a competition to commit more massacres. She claimed that the influence of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and Indian terrorism has extended globally, continuing to impact Kashmiris and Sikhs from India to Kashmir. These allegations highlight the escalating international dimension of the Kashmir conflict and the growing concerns over human rights issues in the region.

This development adds to the already complex and volatile situation in Kashmir, a region that has been a flashpoint for conflict and diplomatic tensions for decades. The international community closely watches the situation, as the allegations and reactions continue to unfold, potentially influencing broader geopolitical dynamics.
