Srinagar, Mushaal Hussein Mullick, the Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM) on Human Rights and Women Empowerment, has recently voiced strong criticism of the Indian Supreme Court’s decision, asserting it demonstrates India’s animosity towards Kashmiri people.
