Islamabad: Ms. Misbah Khar, Advisor to the Chairman Senate Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani and Ambassador of the Inter-Parliamentary Speakers’ Conference, will lead a Pakistani business delegation to Rwanda. The delegation will participate in the Rwanda-Pakistan Investment Forum, aimed at enhancing trade, investment, and business cooperation between the two nations.

According to Senate of Pakistan, Ms. Khar recently met with the Ambassador of Rwanda in Pakistan to discuss strengthening bilateral economic and investment ties. During this meeting, she was invited to the upcoming investment forum, scheduled for September 23-25, 2026, in Kigali, Rwanda. The event is organized by the Rwanda Development Board and the Rwanda High Commission in Pakistan.

Ms. Khar has accepted the invitation and emphasized the forum’s role in providing a platform for Pakistani businesses to explore Rwanda’s economic potential. The event is expected to convene business leaders, investors, and stakeholders from both countries to explore investment opportunities and foster economic cooperation.

She expressed optimism that her participation, along with the business delegation, would contribute to strengthening the economic and commercial relationship between Pakistan and Rwanda.
