Interior Minister Instructs Police to Improve Conduct at Stations


Islamabad: Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has issued directives for police officers to maintain a courteous demeanor when interacting with individuals visiting police stations.



According to Radio Pakistan, Minister Naqvi made these remarks during his visit to the newly reconstructed Aabpara Police Station in Islamabad. He stressed the importance of providing relief and justice to complainants and urged that no undue delays or obstacles should impede the filing of a First Information Report (FIR).



During his visit, the Interior Minister assessed the services available at the police station’s service counters and expressed satisfaction with the current arrangements for visitors and complainants. He also met with members of the Dispute Resolution Committee and commended their contributions.
