Islamabad: Inspector General of Police Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi conducted a comprehensive review of law enforcement strategies, security measures, and policing initiatives in a recent meeting with senior officers. The meeting, attended by high-ranking officials including DIG Headquarters Muhammad Jawad Tariq and DIG Law and Order Muhammad Atiq Tahir, focused on evaluating current efforts to prevent crime and safeguard the lives and property of citizens.
According to Islamabad Capital Police, the discussion centered around enhancing the policing system, improving inter-departmental coordination, and ensuring timely and effective police services for the public. The IGP instructed officers to leverage all available resources for resolving citizens’ issues efficiently and improving service delivery. He emphasized the need for coordinated strategies and stronger supervision to elevate the quality of policing.
