Islamabad: In a recent interaction, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, the Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces of Pakistan, discussed the country’s efforts for peace and stability with a delegation of students from Harvard Business School. The delegation, consisting of students from various countries, visited Pakistan to gain insights into regional developments and the nation’s security outlook.
According to Radio Pakistan, the meeting centered around Pakistan’s initiatives to foster peace, stability, and prosperity both regionally and globally. Field Marshal Munir emphasized the crucial role of education, skill development, entrepreneurship, and data-driven analytics for young people to make meaningful contributions in a world increasingly influenced by social media and propaganda.
The delegation from Harvard Business School expressed their positive experiences during their visit, particularly noting the openness and warmth of the Pakistani people. They also acknowledged the significant potential and opportunities available in Pakistan.
