Deputy Prime Minister Reviews Pakistan’s Engagement Strategy for 81st UNGA Session


ISLAMABAD: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar convened a meeting in Islamabad to assess the agenda for the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly. The discussion focused on Pakistan’s participation in high-level engagements and bilateral meetings at the upcoming session.



According to Radio Pakistan, the Foreign Secretary and Special Secretary (UN) briefed Senator Dar on the proposed programme, highlighting key engagements scheduled on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly session. The Deputy Prime Minister reviewed the plans, offering guidance on prioritizing and organizing the events. He emphasized the need for thorough coordination and preparedness to ensure Pakistan’s active involvement during the high-level session.
