The meeting was characterized by a reaffirmation of the All-Weather Strategic Cooperative Partnership between the two nations.
According to Radio Pakistan, the two officials engaged in discussions concerning the United Nations General Assembly in 2026, which will be held in New York, and the ongoing process for the election of the next Secretary-General of the United Nations. The exchange was described as warm and cordial, underscoring the strong diplomatic ties between Pakistan and China.
