ISLAMABAD, As the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) kicked off its annual convocation week, Chief of Army Staff General Syed Asim Munir, serving as the Chief Guest, recognized the institution for fostering an environment conducive to high-quality education, setting graduates on a path primed for national service.
According to a new release by Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, during his address to the soon-to-be graduates, General Munir emphasized the university’s instrumental role in cultivating bright and capable minds. He challenged the students, urging them to deploy their academic prowess to discern the nation’s pressing challenges and to apply their skills innovatively to seek resolutions.
The convocation, a momentous event in the academic calendar, is set to witness more than 3,500 students across undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs receive their degrees, marking the culmination of their rigorous academic journeys.
