Srinagar, 17 Oct 2023:The All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) and affiliated leaders have pointed out that aggressive actions by India and Israel, particularly in occupied territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Palestine, have jeopardized global peace and stability. They commented that these actions have caused significant human suffering and uncertainty in the mentioned regions.

Several Hurriyat leaders, including advocate Arshad Iqbal, Farooq Tawheedi, and Muhammad Saleem Zargar, issued statements from Srinagar condemning the Israeli aggression towards Palestinians, likening it to the challenges faced by Kashmiris under the Modi administration. They argued that both countries are employing colonial tactics, leading to extensive casualties in the occupied lands.

The leaders highlighted the significant loss of life in Gaza due to recent Israeli bombings, citing nearly 3,000 casualties, including women and children. They criticized the support Israel receives from certain Western countries and their media, emphasizing the need for a just resolution for Palestine to achieve peace and stability in the Middle East. While noting that several Islamic nations have remained silent on these issues, the leaders were optimistic that truth would eventually prevail, forecasting a victorious outcome for the people of Kashmir and Palestine.
