Islamabad, Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry, the President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK), has expressed his condolences over the passing of Muhammad Akbar Shah, the elder brother of Member Legislative Assembly and Chairman Inspection and Implementation Commission, Muhammad Mazhar Saeed Shah.
