Srinagar, June 20, 2022 (PPI-OT):Strong winds amid heavy rains inflicted property losses besides disrupting connectivity in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. According to Kashmir Media Service, a long iron-suspension footbridge over a nullah was damaged due the windstorm in Mendhar area of Poonch, snapping pedestrian connectivity for hundreds of villagers on the either side of the rivulet.

The footbridge between Sandote and Dhargloon in Mendhar fell down due to the strong winds and heavy rains last evening. Estimates of losses from other parts of the occupied territory are being ascertained.
