Islamabad: Inspector General of Police Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi has reiterated a zero-tolerance policy against crime and emphasized the importance of peace in the federal capital. During a series of high-level meetings at the Central Police Office, Rizvi reviewed security protocols and crime prevention strategies.

According to Islamabad Capital Police, the meetings included senior officers such as SSP Operations, SSP Investigation, and SSP Special Protection Unit, among others. Discussions covered a wide range of topics, including VVIP security, the protection of sensitive sites, and the improvement of protocol duties. The IGP stressed that all security measures must meet modern standards and that officers should be prepared to address potential threats.

In further discussions, a detailed evaluation of the law and order situation and public safety initiatives was conducted. Rizvi instructed officers to intensify actions against criminal activities and ensure prompt relief to the public. He also called for increased patrolling systems and a crackdown on suspicious elements to protect public and private properties.

The IGP reaffirmed the Islamabad Police’s dedication to maintaining law and order and ensuring public safety through professional and dedicated service.
