A westerly wave is present and likely to spread in central and southern parts of the country and may persist till first week of May.

Mainly dry weather is expected in most parts of the country while, hot in central and southern parts. However, rain wind-thunderstorm (with isolated heavy fall/ hailstorm) is likely in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, north east Punjab, Sindh, south Balochistan, Gilgit Baltistan and Kashmir.

Rain wind-thunderstorm (with isolated heavy falls / hailstorm) is expected in Balochistan, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, Gilgit Baltistan and Kashmir.

Past 24 Hour Weather

Weather remained dry in most parts of the country, while hot in central and southern parts. However, rain-thunderstorm occurred in Kashmir, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, upper Punjab, Gilgit Baltistan and Kalat.

Rainfall (mm) Kashmir: Rawalakot 19, Muzaffarabad (Airport 11, City 10), Garhi Dupatta 09, Kotli 03, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: Balakot 09, Patan 06, Kakul, DI Khan Airport 02, Punjab: Meri 04, Rah (Shamsabad 03, Kacheri 01), Jhelum, Joharabad 01, Gilgit-Baltistan: Astore 04, Bagrote 01, Balochistan: 01 mm of rain was recorded in Kalat.

Yesterday’s Recorded Highest Maximum Temperature’s (°C): Jacobabad, Sibbi, Rahim Yar Khan 42, Mohenjo Daro, Larkana and Rohri 41.
