Synoptic Situation
Continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country. A shallow westerly wave is likely to affect upper parts of the country during next 24 hours.
Wednesday
Mainly dry weather is likely to prevail over most parts of the country, while hot in central and southern parts. However, rain-wind/thunderstorm is expected at isolated places of Pothohar region, northeast Punjab, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan.
Thursday
Mainly dry weather is likely to prevail over most parts of the country, while hot in central and southern parts.
Past 24 Hour Weather
Weather remained hot and dry in other parts of the country. While rain-thunderstorm occurred at isolated places in Lahore and Sahiwal.
Rainfall (mm): Lahore (Samanabad 18, Gulberg 12, City 05, Gulshan-e-Ravi 02) and Sahiwal 01.
Yesterday’s Recorded Highest Maximum Temperature’s (°C): Sibbi 40, Dadu, Dalbandin, Nokkundi and Khanpur 38.
