Guterres conveyed his appreciation through a post on his X social media account, emphasizing the honor he feels from Pakistan’s recognition of the United Nations’ efforts.
According to Radio Pakistan, Guterres highlighted his long-standing admiration for the people of Pakistan, commending their generosity, resilience, compassion, and steadfastness in confronting significant challenges. The acknowledgment from Pakistan reflects a mutual respect and appreciation between the UN and the South Asian nation, underscoring their collaborative efforts on global issues.
