Islamabad, As the world confronts escalating climate crises, the United Nations Day is observed globally today, highlighting the pressing need for accelerated and audacious climate initiatives.

According to a news release by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, this year’s theme, “faster, bolder climate action,” is strategically chosen to rally global leaders in anticipation of the upcoming COP28 climate conference scheduled to take place in Dubai. The emphasis is on rallying collective global efforts to tackle the pressing environmental challenges the world currently faces.
