Islamabad, U.S. Ambassador Donald Blome met with the Minister of Law and Justice and Human Rights Azam Nazeer Tarar today to deliberate on several critical aspects of the bilateral relationship, including judicial independence, human rights, and rule of law.

According to Embassy of the United States of America, Ambassador Blome affirmed U.S. support for Pakistan’s ongoing efforts in democracy, economic development, and political and social progress. The discussions underscored the importance of upholding human rights and strengthening judicial systems to foster rule of law within Pakistan.
