Srinagar, June 19, 2021 (PPI-OT):In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Political Resistance Movement (JKPRM) has paid rich tributes to Dr Qazi Nisar Ahmed on his 27th martyrdom anniversary. Dr Qazi Nisar was shot dead by unidentified gunmen at Dialgam in Islamabad on June 19 in 1994.
The JKPRM General Secretary, Dr Musaib, in a statement issued in Srinagar said that the people of Kashmir would never forget the contribution of Qazi Nisar Ahmad on religious and social fronts. He prayed for highest standards in Jannah for Qazi Nisar Ahmad.
Dr Musaib said, during the ongoing movement people from all segments of the society have rendered their precious lives which would not be allowed go waste. He said, Kashmir is internationally disputed territory and India should shun its rigid attitude and resolve the lingering dispute through tripartite dialogue among Pakistan, India and the true representatives of the people of Kashmir as per the UN resolutions.
