Islamabad, June 20, 2022 (PPI-OT):The All Parties Hurriyat Conference Azad Jammu and Kashmir (APHC-AJK) chapter held a prayer session in Islamabad, today, to pay homage to Shaheed Qazi Nisar Ahmed on his 28th martyrdom anniversary. The APHC-AJK chapter Convener Mahmood Ahmed Saghar chaired the session. Prayers were offered for the high ranks of the martyrs in the meeting. Mahmood Ahmed Saghar addressing on the occasion said that the people of Kashmir would never forget the religious and political services of Dr Qazi Nisar Ahmed.
He said that the unprecedented sacrifices given by the people of Kashmir for the right to self-determination would not be allowed to go waste and would definitely bring fruit. Special prayers were also offered for the martyrs of Kashmir on this occasion.
Meanwhile, other APHC-AJK chapter leaders also paid rich tributes to Dr Qazi Nisar Ahmed on his martyrdom anniversary. On the other hand, Hurriyat leader Jameel Mir while paying rich tributes to the youth recently martyred by Indian troops in Kulgam, Pulwama, Shopian, Kupwara and Srinagar districts, in a statement in Srinagar said that the vicious cycle of killings during continued cordon and search operations is meant to silence the Kashmiris’ true demand of right to self-determination.
