Lahore: Punjab Police has initiated three-day celebrations throughout the province to commemorate a new defense agreement between Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Turkiye. Police offices, including the Central Police Office, have been adorned with decorative lights, national flags, and special illumination as part of the celebration. The national flags of the three nations are prominently displayed at Punjab Police offices.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Punjab, IG Punjab Abdul Kareem stated that Punjab Police is actively participating with other institutions in the celebrations of this landmark trilateral defense agreement. The pact is expected to serve as a symbol of enhancing security, stability, and peace. The agreement aims to strengthen defense cooperation among the three countries, thereby bolstering bilateral relations.

Abdul Kareem further emphasized that the Punjab Police stands in solidarity with the Pakistan Armed Forces in safeguarding the country’s internal borders and maintaining law and order.
