Islamabad: In a bid to enhance efficiency and transparency within the police force, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations Islamabad, Qazi Ali Raza, led a training seminar focused on the Police Station Record Management System (PSRMS). The seminar was aimed at Front Desk Officers at police stations as well as readers of Zonal SPs and Sub-Divisional Police Officers.

According to Islamabad Capital Police, the training session provided comprehensive guidance on the effective use of the PSRMS system. Participants were instructed on the accurate and timely completion of police records and the importance of adhering to modern requirements in record maintenance. The seminar also highlighted the significance of transparency in official procedures and the proper handling of administrative tasks.

The initiative seeks to bolster the administrative and clerical framework of the Islamabad Police, with a focus on improving the accuracy of records and enhancing professional performance through modern technology. SSP Operations Qazi Ali Raza emphasized the commitment to leveraging technology, continuous training, and professional development to ensure efficient record-keeping and institutional transparency.
