SSP Operations Islamabad Enhances Security Protocols Across Duty Points

ISLAMABAD: In a focused effort to bolster security across the federal capital, the Islamabad Police has implemented comprehensive measures following directives from Inspector General of Police Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi.

According to Islamabad Capital Police, Senior Superintendent of Police Operations Islamabad Qazi Ali Raza, accompanied by SP Security Operations Salman Zafar, conducted visits to multiple police pickets and duty points. During these inspections, the officials reviewed the existing security protocols and instructed officers to enhance the effectiveness of their checks to ensure the safety of citizens and their property.

The visits also included directives for officers to maintain heightened vigilance, conduct thorough checks of suspicious individuals and vehicles, and promptly communicate any unusual activities to senior officials. Emphasizing the importance of community relations, SSP Operations Islamabad urged officers to engage with citizens courteously to foster trust in law enforcement.

The Islamabad Police reiterated that the protection of citizens remains their paramount concern, with all security strategies aligned to this goal. Residents are encouraged to support these efforts by reporting any suspicious activities to the police through local stations or the helpline Pucar-15.
