Islamabad: In a move to address the grievances of police officers, SSP Operations Islamabad, Qazi Ali Raza, organized an orderly room to prioritize the resolution of departmental and personal issues faced by the force. The initiative follows special directions from Inspector General of Police Islamabad, Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi.
According to Islamabad Capital Police, officers from the Operations wing attended the session, where they presented personal issues to the SSP. In response, he instructed concerned officers to revisit inquiries into serious matters and ordered that remaining issues be addressed promptly. The SSP highlighted initiatives for police welfare, including housing, medical facilities, and education improvements. He assured officers of an open-door policy to work collectively for the city’s betterment. The orderly room’s aim is to address welfare, personal, and official issues efficiently.
