SSP Operations in Islamabad Holds Open Court to Address Public Grievances


ISLAMABAD: In a move aimed at addressing public grievances promptly, the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations in Islamabad, Qazi Ali Raza, held an open court session at his office. This initiative was conducted under the open-door policy following directives from Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad, Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi.



According to Islamabad Capital Police, citizens attended the session to file complaints concerning land encroachments and other issues. SSP Operations listened to these grievances and instructed the relevant officers to take legal action on prioritized cases within a specified timeframe. The officers were also directed to submit reports on the actions taken.



During the session, SSP Operations emphasized that the Islamabad Police maintains a zero-tolerance approach toward violence against women and children. He stated that providing maximum relief to the public is a primary objective and that the rule of law will be upheld. He further reiterated that all citizens are entitled to equal rights and assured that all applications would be addressed on merit, underscoring the importance of protecting the lives, property, and dignity of citizens.
